About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will work with the Client Service Team to support the link between clients and Kenna. You will leverage your prior experience and skills to collaborate with a crossfunctional team to help clients meet business and program objectives. You will be responsible for contributing to strategic planning and lead execution oversight on program development and execution, contributing to the growth and development of the account.
As the Account Manager, you will successfully lead meetings with both the Client Service Team and clients and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed and delivered flawlessly, on time and on budget.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all project/program delivery
Support the Client Service Team with the development of the proposals, briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies and budget estimates as required
Develop and maintain current knowledge of client’s business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
Manage Client Service Team and/or other members of the client team as assigned
Coach and develop Client Service Team to develop their skills and grow their careers
Ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from strategy, insights, creative to digital to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies
Oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle
Proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope and risks
Job Description - Account Manager
Lead Client Service Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity
Minimum 3-5 years of business experience in a related field
Bachelor’s Degree (Agriculture an asset)
Proficient with MS Office products (Windows, Word, Excel; PowerPoint, Visio)
Interest and prior experience managing successful marketing/digital/customer experience campaigns, journey mapping, customer loyalty and insights
Ability to adapt to an Agile environment driven by rapidly changing requirements and tight timelines
Demonstrated ability and comfort working with senior client stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal, self-starter and leadership skills
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Ability to take a proactive and highly organized approach to motivate, persuade and deal with a broad range of people, from creative to developers to clients
Thrive in learning, communicating new ideas and looking for new ways to grow
